Scope
The annual Summer Safety and Reliability Seminars are organised to advance the methods for the safety and reliability analysis of complex systems and processes and to disseminate the newest achievements in
the field. The subjects of the Seminars, different from year to year, are chosen by the Seminars Board in an effort to dynamically represent the methodological advancements developed to meet the newly arising challenges in the field of safety and reliability. This year the emphasis is addressed to the following subjects: Reliability, Safety and Security Management, Risk Reduction and Accident Consequences Mitigation, Energy and Transport Critical Infrastructures, Cybersecurity, Warning Systems, Resilience, Human Safety, Global Safety and Security Management.
Language
The Seminar language is English.
Contributions
Contributions are in the form of 25-minutes Papers presented at Seminar Plenary Sessions with corresponding full text from 8 of up to 10 pages and 15-minutes Extended Abstracts with corresponding full text from 1 of up to 2 pages presented at Regular Sessions.
The authors are requested to submit their Papers and Extended Abstracts electronically to the Secretariat using the following e-mail address: ssars2025@gmail.com
Only those contributions prepared according to the Contribution Templates available on https://ssars2025.com will be considered.
The papers peer-reviewed and accepted by the Seminar Scientific Committee will be the published in the form of Monograph entitled “Reliability, Safety and Security of Systems and Processes, Summer Safety and Reliability Seminar 2025”, with ISBN numbers (for online and printed versions).
Registration & Fee
Participants are requested to fill in the Hotel Registration and Seminar Fee Payment Form and submit it to the Secretariat by March 31, 2025. The SSARS 2025 Full Fee is 750 € (3 200 PLN) and includes: participation in Seminar Sessions, Seminar Monograph, Seminar Programme, 5 days Accommodation with Breakfast at Victoria Hotel, full Catering and all Social Events.

The best and cheap way to reach SSARS 2025 Venue from the Gdańsk Airport is to use the city train from the Gdańsk Airport to Gdynia Station and further to Wejherowo Station and next the bus from Wejherowo Station to Bolszewo City. Alternatively, the taxi from Gdańsk Airport to Victoria Hotel in Bolszewo can be used with the approximate price around 60 Euro (260 PLN).
